Kenny Lynch, one of Britain's best-known black all-round entertainers came to Cyprus in October 2008 with stunt coordinator/performer, Rocky Taylor to raise money for a local Hospice appeal. We were lucky enough to host Kenny and Rocky at Capital Coast Resort & Spa.

Kenny was one of the relatively few Black singers on the British pop scene in the early 1960s, and made the Top Ten a couple of times in 1963 with "You Can Never Stop Me Loving You" and a cover of the Drifters' "Up on the Roof."

Rocky has over 35 years experience in stunt performance including movies such as Batman, Titanic and several of the James Bond collection to name but a few. He is also a stunt coordinator for both film and television.

Whilst in Cyprus, Kenny & Rocky recorded interviews with National Radio One and LinTV and performed for an audience at Chillington's restaurant in Pafos as well as playing in the Fikardos 9-hole golf tournament at Aphrodite Hills.

During their visit, Kenny & Rocky could be found at the Capital Coast Resort & Spa, socialising with Lion Resorts members around the pool and in the Lounge Bar.
